Seating

Ground-level seating will be reserved for guests with accessibility needs (e.g., those in wheelchairs, motorized scooters or walking cane) along with one escort. All other guests will be seated upstairs. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth experience for everyone.

For any assistance, approach the seating ushers. Requests cannot be made in advance, and saving seats is not allowed.

American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters will be present during the ceremony and positioned on the stage. Guests who require ASL interpretation are encouraged to sit in the designated accessible seating area for optimal viewing.

Parking

Accessible parking is available for individuals with authorized disability permits or license plates. Follow the posted signs and directions from campus safety officers for the designated parking areas.

Plan to arrive at the Ocean Bank Convocation Center 90 minutes before the commencement ceremony.
